Student achievement is first and foremost at Carrollton City Schools. From prekindergarten to 12th grade, every decision made to promote success in the classroom is aligned to a comprehensive improvement plan that time and again has proven to be an effective tool in preparing our charges to seek and fulfill our school system's vision – to become lifelong learners who take personal responsibility for improving our world.

But it doesn't stop there. We follow a philosophy of continuous improvement, which means we are committed to achieving higher goals and raising expectations across the board and all the time. This passion for excellence is deeply seated in our culture – a tradition that can be traced to the school system's founding in 1886. This tradition extends to the greater community as well as evidenced by myriad business partnerships, financial stewardship and volunteer support – efforts dedicated to ensure that Carrollton City Schools remains one of the premier school systems in the state.
