The foundation of the Carrollton City School System's educational philosophy relies heavily on core beliefs identified years ago when the Board of Education and system leadership developed vision and mission statements for the school system and the guiding principles to support them. These statements are fundamental to the existence of Carrollton City Schools – each action, each decision made in the school system is based on whether it supports the school system's overall vision and if its implementation will enhance system and school improvement efforts.
