The Carrollton City Schools Education Foundation Board of Directors is a body of community leaders who are committed to promoting the foundation's mission of supporting educational excellence. Included on the board are two representatives from the Carrollton Board of Education and the school system's Teacher of the Year, who serves a one-year term. Other board members serve three-year terms and can be reappointed to their posts. Current board members are:
