Carrollton City Schools each have a separate School Advisory Council that meets a minimum of four times during the school year to foster better communication and understanding between the school and community. Council members include two parents, two teachers, two business leaders in the community and the principal. The electing body for the parent members consists of all parents and guardians eligible to serve as a parent member of the school council.  The teacher representatives are elected by their peers and the businesspersons are selected by the principal.
