I graduated from Presbyterian College with a B.A. in Political Science in 2003, and I performed graduate study at the University of South Carolina, where I earned a Master of Public Administration in 2005. Currently, I am a graduate student at Georgia State University, pursuing an advanced degree in Political Science. I am married to Andrea (Littlejohn) Hitzeman, PharmD., originally of Union, SC. Andrea and I are extremely happy to be part of the Trojan Nation and we bleed BLACK and GOLD! We have a daughter and future Trojan, Lilly Katherine. Taylor Ash – Assistant Coach
This is my 4th year coaching the junior high school golf team and second year coaching the high school team. I'm an insurance agent at Carroll Realty and Insurance Co, Inc. and have worked here since I graduated from college. I graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2006 with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. I'm also a graduate of Carrollton High School in the class of 2002. I competed on the golf team all 4 years, and we made it to the state championship 3 times (finishing 3rd my Sophomore year). My senior year I won the MVP award for our team and finished 4th in the State Championship. I'm blessed to have a wonderful wife Amber (Elkiins) Ash from Forest, MS and a 2-year-old son Quinn Henry Ash. I choose to volunteer to support the Carrollton golf team because it means a lot to me, and I want to help build a championship team. When I was a junior golfer many adults went out of their way to help me, and I want to pass on what they did for me to other young golfers. GO TROJANS!
