Carrollton City Schools produces a variety of publications, including the Trojan Times, a partnership with the Times-Georgian newspaper and area businesses. Through this partnership, established in 1998, businesses and institutions support the cost of the publication by advertising in the newspaper, allowing the school system to publish the Trojan Times at no cost to taxpayers.
