Special Education
Special education is a program established to serve children 3-21 years of age who meet eligibility in any of the categorical eligibility areas. Special Education services are provided through all school systems in Georgia and are free of charge to parents. The Carrollton City School System special education faculty and staff are dedicated to providing quality instructional services to students with disabilities.
