Carrollton City Schools uses Infinite Campus to provide communication between parents, students, and schools.
CURRENT STUDENTS: How do I update my student's information each year?

PARENT PORTAL LOGIN- CURRENT USERS
The annual update is for EXISTING STUDENTS ONLY. If you are new to our system this year and have completed your new student's Online Registration you do not need to complete this information update process.
- Log in to your parent portal using the link for current users above.
- Click on the word "More" on the bottom left of the page.
- Choose Online Registration
- Start your Existing Student Update
All students in your household should appear in the box with a "YES" under "Included in Application". If you do not see all of your currently enrolled students listed please contact the school of the missing student for assistance before proceeding.
Follow the prompts to complete the update.

PARENT PORTAL LOGIN- NEW USERS
Newly enrolled students DO NOT have to update their information. However, they will need to set up the parent account to access grades, schedule, and provide future updates. See below for information on how to set up your account.
1. Account Access: To gain access to your parent portal account for the first time, parents/guardians will need ONE child's student ID number (you can obtain it from your child's school if you do not know it), the last 4 digits of their SSN, and their date of birth. Once you access your account with one child's information, you will have automatic access to all enrolled children in your family.
2. Account Recovery: If you forget your password and account recovery through the portal site does not recognize your email, please contact your school for further assistance.
